Does anyone know why the Kardashian sisters sometimes call their mom by her first name?
That's just the way their family works. Sometimes I call mine by her first name, a lot of people do that.
Reply:Addressing your parents by their first names is part of american culture. They are not required to call them by their title or any form of hierarchy Also calling them by their first name might indicate to their parents that they disagree with them and with them being on a "first name" basis they have to respect what the other POV is and not the "because i said so defense" or "because im your mother card"
Reply:Maybe they think it's cool? Typically it signifies that one is not close with their mother and shows there is a distance between the two. It is thought of as being disrespectful by many.
