Go to your public library and ask for reference books listing the names of all employees of every business. Those books list people by residence, names of spouses, names of children, phone numbers, where they work...

Maybe you should get advice from an official body, or speak to your solicitor, since you'll need one of these to sue him anyway.
Reply:call his work and act like a telemarketer and just say the first name and mumble something quiet like you don't know how to pronounce the last name and see if the receptionist spills the beans.

Hire a detective to find out his full name and home address because you'll need that , too.
