Is there a term for when a surname is used as a first name?

I am trying to research whether there is an actual singular term for when a surname is used as a first name. This question, if answered, could be very beneficial to a project I am doing in my college English class.

Is there a term for when a surname is used as a first name?
cognomen, matronymic, metronymic, patronymic
Reply:i don't think there is.
