Do you like the name Isaac, Luke, or Jonah better for a first name?

We are having our second boy in september and having a hard time deciding between the 3. What do you think?

Jonah bc Isaac is becoming more popular and i no what it is like to be one of 11 in ur year at school (im Hannah)


and Luke is always popular .


maybe use Jonah Isaac or Jonah Luke
Reply:Isaac was the result of Abraham not believing that God would give him a son. So he took a concubine and made one himself. He's a result of Abraham's lack of faith in God. For that reason, I'd nix Isaac.





Luke and Jonah are much, much better. I like Jonah best. His story is a picture of Christ's resurrection. Great!
Reply:I like Jonah the best. It's less common than the other two. I like that they are all biblical names. But, I think it is important to say that your second son's name should go along with your first son's name. So see how all the names sound with your other child's name before choosing one. Reply:I loved the name Isaac when I was pregnant with my last son but I couldn't persuade my husband (we now have a Fraser James instead)....but I'd never considered the name Jonah and I really love it...not so keen on Luke...it has a harsh sound.

Luke is great. It's strong and masculine... good choice..
